1. Using Our Website
Our website provides information about our auto repair services. Service descriptions, prices and availability can change, and any pricing on the site is an estimate until we inspect your vehicle. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with how it works.
2. Appointment Requests
An online booking is a request. Your appointment is confirmed once we call or text you to confirm it. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Saturday during business hours.
3. Estimates and Your Approval
We inspect your vehicle, show you what we find with photos or video, and give you a written estimate. We do not start work without your approval. If we find additional problems during a repair, we contact you before doing any work you have not approved.
4. Payment
Payment is due when your vehicle is ready for pickup, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards and contactless payments.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours ahead so we can offer the time to another customer.
6. Communications
By giving us your phone number and email, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text or email about your appointment, your vehicle and your estimate. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Pit Pros Automotive or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
