Dariush Khairkhah, Owner

Our Story…

When Dariush Khairkhah sat across the street from Pit Pros 30 years ago and counted cars all day to see if the business could be profitable, he knew he was onto something. DKH always had a dream to run his own business. He came to America in 1981 with $3 dollars and had to split a happy meal with his brother-in-law. It was not long before he owned 64 taxis at Yellow Cab and had a liquor store called Royal Liquor off Cedar Springs. He soon decided to start a new adventure that involved vehicle maintenance. Owning 64 taxis he learned a lot about car repairs and loved it. Soon came the beginning of  Pit Pros #1.

Our business is on its second generation of family owned operation. We have mixed our old values with a new twist. We still like to have our old fashion signs and photos that cover our walls but now we have state of the art equipment and computers that keep track of your car’s needs and history, so you never have to second guess your service.

You must have a thirst, a drive to want to make other people happy. We understand that, here at Pit Pros. It is not something that can be taught or explained. It has been instilled in our family’s value and we hope customers will see that characteristic when they walk through the door.

Ben Franklin once said “Honesty is the best policy.” This is the core value of our business.  Seeing is believing and we go above and beyond to show customers exactly what is wrong and what is needed for their vehicle. Through text, email or facetime we always are showing customers what we see as the problem and come up with solutions to fix the car. Today after 33 years we are pleased to have served over 12,000 customers and happy to see them every 3,000 miles!
